Special Session
August 30, 2017
The Village Board of the Village of Camargo met in special session on August 30, 2017 at the Camargo Community Building. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Village President Bart Dann. Roll call found the following trustees present: Scott Tague, Jim Hardway, Pam Sigler, Jeane Brieland, Laura Miller, and Gary Gilpin. Rick Kielhorn was present; however, Village Treasurer, Shirley Badman was absent.

TREASURER’S REPORT – nothing to report
OLD BUSINESS –
A. Appropriation of Funds for Motor Fuel Tax for work completed in FY 2016
a. Jim Hardway made a motion to accept the appropriation for the MFT for FY 2016 as prepared by Jim Crane. Gary Gilpin seconded the motion. The Board voted unanimously to pass the appropriation for FY 2016.
b. Jim Crane handed the paperwork to Clerk Dann for signatures and sealing in the open meeting. Salisa Dann signed and sealed the documents and handed the back to Mr. Crane.

With no further business to come before the Board, Village President Bart Dann called for adjournment at 7:06 pm.
