Board Meeting Minutes
SPECIAL SESSION
November 13, 2017

The Village Board of the Village of Camargo met in special session on November 13, 2017 at the Camargo Community Building. The meeting was called to order at 6:15 pm by Village President Bart Dann. Roll call found the following trustees present: Scott Tague, Pam Sigler, Jeane Brieland, Laura Miller, and Gary Gilpin.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:

VOTE ON VACATING PUBLIC RIGHT A WAY
Scott Tague made a motion to vacate a portion of East Street in the Village of Camargo, Douglas County, Illinois. Jeanie Brieland seconded the motion. The Board passed the motion 5-0 due to Jim Hardway being absent.
Pam Sigler made a motion to vacate a portion of an alley abutting East Street in the Village of Camargo, Douglas County, Illinois. Laura Miller seconded the motion. The Board passed the motion 5-0 due to Jim Hardway being absent.
Pam Sigler made a motion to vacate a portion of Second Street in the Village of Camargo, Douglas County, Illinois. Gary Gilpin seconded the motion. The Board passed the motion 5-0 due to Jim Hardway being absent.
Pam Sigler made a motion to vacate a portion of Spring Street in the Village of Camargo, Douglas County, Illinois. Scott Tague seconded the motion. The Board passed the motion 5-0 due to Jim Hardway being absent.
All four motions were signed and sealed. Attorney Andrew Hall took his copies and will provide the proper filing at the courthouse.
